Accommodation with pets

Taking into account the needs of Guests traveling with pets, GREENWOOD HOTEL MANAGEMENT LLC has created special conditions and defined the rules of accommodation when staying with pets.

The following types of pets are allowed in a specialized room at the hotel: dogs of decorative breeds weighing up to 12 kg and cats, provided there are special accompanying unified documents from the veterinary service that meet the requirements of the main air and railway carriers. The hotel reserves the right to determine whether it is possible for this animal to stay in the room. Guests with pets can only stay in rooms specially designated for this purpose, with or without prior reservation, subject to availability.

When checking into a Hotel with animals, the Guest must familiarize himself with the "Rules of Accommodation for Guests with animals at GREENWOOD HOTEL MANAGEMENT LLC" and put a signature confirming agreement with these Rules.

The final decision on registration is made subject to duly executed documents (veterinary passport, unified state certificate of health) and payment of a special fee for accommodation. The hotel has developed a tariff for additional cleaning and disinfection of the room during the stay and after the departure of Guests with dogs and cats.

Rules of accommodation for Guests with pets at GREENWOOD HOTEL MANAGEMENT LLC

1. Dogs of decorative breeds weighing up to 12 kg and cats are allowed in the Hotel. The placement of dogs of hunting, service and fighting breeds, as well as dogs without accompanying veterinary documents is strictly prohibited. Additional payment for the room is 1000 rubles. per day. If the weight of the animal is more than 12 kg, the additional fee is 2000 rubles. per day.

2. Guests arriving at the hotel with pets must have a certificate from a veterinarian with a note about all vaccinations, and a cage for the animal.

3. The movement of dogs in the Hotel and on the territory of the business center is exclusively muzzled.

4. Pets are not allowed in places of public catering (restaurants, bars and adjacent territories).

5. In case of disturbance of the rest of the guests in the room or in public places, the pet will be sent to the local pet store (all costs of the stay will have to be paid by the owner of the pet).

6. Dog walking is allowed only outside the Greenwood Hotel and Business Center.

7. Dog walking is mandatory with a collar and leash.

8. In case of damage to an individual property, all expenses to cover this damage will have to be paid by the pet owner.

9. It is not allowed to leave pets unattended in the Hotel room, in the lobby, on the territory of the hotel and the Greenwood Business Center.

10. It is not allowed to wash pets in the bathroom of the room, use towels, sheets and other bedding belonging to the Hotel.

11. It is not allowed to comb pets in the Hotel room.

12. The guest is obliged to ensure the absence of a pet during room cleaning by the Hotel staff.

13. The guest must have food and drink bowls, hygiene bags and mats with them.

14. The Hotel reserves the right to refuse to accommodate a Guest with an animal if the exterior and behavioral characteristics of the animal do not comply with the established rules.

15. The hotel reserves the right to terminate the agreement with a Guest staying with a pet.:

- in case of violation of the rules of accommodation;

- aggressive, inappropriate, noisy behavior of a pet.

16. No more than one animal is allowed to stay in the hotel in one room.
