The 4* Greenwood Business Hotel, located on the territory of a modern business park, has excellent facilities for comfortable accommodation of guests, holding events of various formats and wonderful outdoor recreation.

The business park of the same name belongs to a state-owned holding company from China, China Chengtong International Investment Company, which has been operating in Russia since 1999. The Greenwood 4* Hotel was opened in 2012 as another cooperation project in the development of Russian-Chinese relations.

The hotel has 376 rooms of various categories: Standard, Comfort, Studio, Junior Suite and Suite. The rooms are equipped with ergonomic furniture, air conditioning, TV with cable channels, telephone, safe, refrigerator, bathroom with shower or bathtub, hairdryer, slippers, bathrobes and toiletries, as well as tea stations. The Luxury rooms are additionally equipped with coffee machines. Free wireless internet is available throughout the hotel. The reception and accommodation service is open around the clock.

The hotel has a restaurant serving Russian, European and Chinese cuisine. Guests are offered a selection of cold and hot appetizers, meat and fish delicacies, hot dishes, fruits, fresh pastries and desserts. Guests can enjoy a cup of coffee and relax in the 24-hour lobby bar.

The hotel offers a rental service for insulated gazebos for relaxation and barbecue with a capacity of 6 to 30 people. All cabins are electrified and equipped with a barbecue.

A fitness center with a large gym, indoor pool and sauna is open to the public.
