Guests of the Greenwood Business Hotel have free access to the GREEN FIT Fitness Center. To do this, you must present the key card from the hotel room at the Reception of the FOKA.
Opening hours: daily, from 07:00 to 24:00.

Before visiting the GREEN FIT fitness center, it is necessary to familiarize yourself with the rules for visiting the sports center at the Reception of the fitness center or in the Guest's Folder in the room.
Towels can be obtained at the Reception desk, which must be left in the basket at the exit of the fitness center after use.
Rules for visiting the GREEN FIT Fitness Center by guests of the Greenwood Hotel:
Entrance to the FOK is made upon presentation of the hotel card at the reception of the fitness club.
For non-compliance with the rules of stay on the territory of the FOK, the club has the right to apply material penalties (penalties) against hotel guests.
It is prohibited on the territory of the FOC:

leave a child (under 14 years old) alone on the territory of the FOCA;
-
pass through the territory of the FOC in outerwear (coats, jackets, fur coats, etc.) and outdoor shoes, as well as in dressing gowns;
-
be intoxicated, bring and (or) use narcotic substances, alcoholic beverages, smoke, as well as bring food, alcoholic beverages, and eat in training areas and locker rooms;

bring sports bags and packages into the training areas (gym, group program room);

enter the swimming pool, steam room, and Jacuzzi in outerwear and outdoor shoes;
-
use individual cosmetics or medical products in the steam rooms (collective inhalation preparations can only be used after consultation with other visitors to the steam room);

enter the swimming pool and the sauna complex with glass products, run, dive from the side of the pool;

enter areas and rooms intended for maintenance personnel and/or technical rooms;

change the settings of the FOCA hardware;

misuse of sports equipment and equipment;

start classes in the presence of unhealed injuries, alcohol intoxication, hangover, general malaise, and visible signs of colds.;

enter the FOKA territory with pets;

engage in any type of trade, advertising activities, conduct video and/or photography without the approval of the administration;

children can stay on the territory of the FOK only when accompanied by an adult (accompanying person, coach);

The pool area can be used by up to 10 people at a time by appointment. Children cannot be in the pool without an adult accompanying them. There must be one adult in the pool for 5 children.;

use the services of the fitness center for children under three years old, even accompanied by an adult.
